I know what it feels like to be struggling with food & body - It sucks!

For 13 years, I lived with Binge Eating Disorder—trapped in food obsession, body dissatisfaction, and endless diet traps disguised as “healthy lifestyles.” My self-recovery journey taught me what doesn’t work—and what truly does.

As a dietitian, It hurts to see so many clients struggling with food and body, wondering why willpower and “healthy habits” weren’t enough.

That’s why I’m dedicated to helping people stop struggling with food and body without restriction or willpower. I bridge the psychology of eating and nutrition counselling to help you understand the WHY, teach you the HOW and break down the barrier to make meaninful changes

Practice Location:

WellSpace Prahran (Wednesdays) & Online via Zoom (Tue-Sat)

9 Carlton St, Prahran VIC 3181, Australia

You might be wondering...

What's The Difference Between A Nutritionist & Dietitian

Dietitian is a protected and regulated title in most countries. In Australia, it means someone is eligible for the title Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD).

Dietitians are those who meet university and ongoing professional standards set by Dietitians Australia; and the only nutrition professional who can provide medical nutrition therapy and Medicare or private health rebated nutrition service.

On the other hand, "nutritionist" is a unregulated title in Australia, without standardised qualification.

How Many Session Will I Need?

It really depends on your goals, history, how complex the condition is. Some people make meaninful shifts in a few sessions, others prefer ongoing support over several months to build lasting changes. We'll talk about a realistic plan after your initial assessment, and you're always in control of the pace.

I'm Not In Australia, Can I Still Access This Service?

You sure can! We offer consultations worldwide via Zoom. It’s as easy as selecting your time zone when you make a booking and then scheduling a time that we’re both available. We serve clients from around the world including the USA, Canada, Europe, England, New Zealand, etc.

Do I Need To Prepare Anything?

You will be invited to complete a new client form to set up your file once we receive your first appointment booking, which allow us to best utilise our time together. then, just bring yourself to the session.

After you each session, I will send you a session summary outlining what we've talked about, what changes and goals we have set and any resources mentioned. So you don't need to tak notes, just experience and start healing.

Do I Need A Referral?

No referral is needed to book an appointment. You can self-refer at any time and start your journey toward food and body freedom.

We will meet you at where you are and provide personalised advice and strategies that targets your unique struggles.

Is This Eligible For Medicare Rebate?

Yes! If you live in Australia, you can claim Medicare rebates if you have a valid EPC/CDMP (Chronic Disease Management Plan) or EDP referral (Eating Disorder Plan) from your GP. This gives you access to an 85% Medicare benefit per consult.

Check the current rebate rate.

Just bring your referral and care plan to your first session, and I’ll take care of the rest—no extra admin stress for you!

Is This Eligible For Private Health Insurance Rebates?

Yes, if you use an Ausralian-based insurance provider!

As an Accredited Practising Dietitian and registered Medicare provider, we're automatically recognised by all major private health insurance funds in Australia.

Rebates for dietitian services are usually included under your “Extras” cover, but the rebate amount and number of eligible sessions can vary. Please check with your health fund to confirm what’s included in your policy.
