Will this workshop tell me to 'just eat vegetables when I'm stressed'?

Nope. This isn't about swapping one behaviour for another. It's about understanding what's driving the behaviour in the first place.

I've tried everything. What makes this different?

Most approaches focus on controlling the behaviour (willpower, meal plans, restriction). This workshop focuses on rewiring your nervous system's response to emotions — which is where lasting change actually happens.

"Is this just for people with diagnosed eating disorders?

Not at all. This workshop is for anyone who eats to cope with emotions, feels stuck in guilt, or want to build a healthier relationship with food.

Do I need to prepare anything before watching?

Just bring yourself, a notebook, and an open mind. You’ll be guided through practical exercises and can take notes to use after the workshop.

Will this replace therapy or working with a dietitian 1:1

No, although this workshop consists of coaching opportunities, it won't provide enough support to replace any personalised therapy you are receiving, especially you are living with an active eating disorder, disordered eating or mental conditions (e.g. anxiety, depression, etc.)

With that said, this workshop complement  therapy or dietetic support well by giving you tools for different situations.
