I know what it feels like to be trapped in the binge cycle - It sucks!

For 13 years, I lived with Binge Eating Disorder—trapped in food obsession, body dissatisfaction, and endless diet traps disguised as “healthy lifestyles.” My self-recovery journey taught me what doesn’t work—and what truly does.

As a dietitian, It hurts to see so many clients struggling with the same cycle, wondering why willpower and “healthy habits” weren’t enough.

That’s why I’m dedicated to helping people stop binge eating without restriction or willpower. I bridge the psychology of eating and nutrition counselling to help you understand WHY you binge - so you can decode cravings, regulate emotions around food, and make peace with eating & body.

This Is How We Do It Differently

NO RULE - JUST FREEDOM

Understand WHY You Binge

Your binge isn't a weakness—it's a signal.

Your body is trying to tell you something's not okay, whether that's physical restriction, emotional overwhelm, or unmet needs. Control and restriction just try to mute that signal, but your body will send it louder and stronger because this is biological, even survival.

When you learn to decode what's really driving your eating instead of fighting the urge, you can finally respond with compassion instead of chaos—and that's when real, lasting change happens.

Nutrition Without Diet Culture

Learn to nourish yourself and trust your body again—without cookie-cutter meal plans, calorie counting, fun-free gym programmes, or shame-based food rules.

Traditional "eat less, move more" advice is exactly what got you here in the first place. When you learn to work with your body instead of against it, eating becomes peaceful again—not a daily battle you're exhausted from fighting.

Bridge Psychology + Nutrition

Unlike dietitians who only focus on food (and avoid talking about emotion, and body image) and psychologists who shy away from food talk, I bridge the psychology of eating with nutrition counselling.

Because here's the truth: you can't think your way out of binge eating, and you can't simply eat your way out either. Real recovery happens when we address both your mindset and behaviours (relationship with food)—and that's exactly what we do together.

✶ Kind Words From Clients ✶

Malcolm just gets it. After years of trying different nutritionists, I finally found someone who speaks my language. He's the first person who's tackled ALL of it—the emotional side, the obsessive food thoughts, my body image issues, AND the actual nutrition side. It's made such a difference.

Malcolm is so supportive and compassionate during my journey. Everything I implemented while working with you stayed effortlessly. I couldn’t imagine that I could enjoy food and my life the way I do now.

— Lara M.

I was skeptical about whether I could break free from binge eating. But Malcolm’s approach was different— rather than telling me to have a stronger willpower, he helped me see that my struggles was a reflection of deeper issues with my mindset and habits. I learned to approach food and my body with kindness and understanding. It’s incredible how much my perspective has changed, I never truly listened to my body until now.

Malcolm makes every step easy and sustainable. Small changes over a long period of time lead to big results. With Malcolm's knowledge, I now feel confident making healthy food choices based on my needs.

I’ve worked with other dietitians and nutritionists before, but Malcolm is different. He’s so warm and non-judgemental. It’s like reconnecting to a decade-long friend who just gets it. It’s been a truly transformative experience.
