Binge Eating & Eating Disorder Dietitian

It sucks to feel out of control around food
I lived with binge eating from childhood, and for a long time I didn't know it had a name - I thought that's just my identity: broken, lack self-control and obsessed with food.
When I finally learned about binge eating, I tried to fix it the way I was trained as a general dietitian: better food choices, portion control, calorie deficit. It made things worse, left me confused and convinced I am the problem.
What I eventually learned in my disordered eating training is that binge eating isn't really a food problem, but your body's way of coping with something much deeper. Once I understood that, everything changed.
That's what I want for you too. I'm here to help you understand what's really going on and what are the practical steps to make peace with food and your body, and get your life back

Your binge isn't a weakness—it's a signal.
Your body is trying to tell you something's not okay, whether that's physical restriction, emotional overwhelm, or unmet needs. Control and restriction just try to mute that signal, but your body will send it louder and stronger because this is biological, even survival.
When you learn to decode what's really driving your eating instead of fighting the urge, you can finally respond with compassion instead of chaos—and that's when real, lasting change happens.
Learn to nourish yourself and trust your body again—without cookie-cutter meal plans, calorie counting, fun-free gym programmes, or shame-based food rules.
Traditional "eat less, move more" advice is exactly what got you here in the first place. When you learn to work with your body instead of against it, eating becomes peaceful again—not a daily battle you're exhausted from fighting.
Unlike dietitians who only focus on food (and avoid talking about emotion, and body image) and psychologists who shy away from food talk, I bridge the psychology of eating with nutrition counselling.
Because here's the truth: you can't think your way out of binge eating, and you can't simply eat your way out either. Real recovery happens when we address both your mindset and behaviours (relationship with food)—and that's exactly what we do together.
