I’m a binge eating dietitian who knows exactly what it feels like to be trapped in the cycle of restriction, overeating, and guilt.

I went from bingeing nearly every night of the week for 13+ years to feeling confident about being around bags of chips and chocolates.

As a binge specialist dietitian, I’ve seen firsthand how traditional dieting advice fails people, keeping them stuck in an exhausting cycle of trying to "be good" with food, only to feel completely out of control later.
